BASIC CLASS

Our Basic classes are ideal for beginners or for anyone who prefers a slower, more mindful approach to movement. You will learn how to use the reformer correctly while focusing on technique, breathing and controlled, fluid exercises. These classes help you build a strong foundation, improve body awareness and move with confidence.

REFORMER CLASS

Our Reformer classes are open to everyone, whether you are new to reformer pilates or already have experience. The instructor adapts the exercises and intensity to each participant’s level, offering modifications and progressions where needed. Expect a balanced class focused on strength, control, mobility and flow, while moving at a pace that feels both challenging and accessible for all levels.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS

Intermediate classes are designed for them with prior reformer experience who are ready for a greater challenge. The pace is faster and the sequences are more dynamic, combining strength, control and flow. Expect a more intense workout that pushes your limits while maintaining precision and proper form.

PRIVATE CLASS

Private sessions offer fully personalised guidance tailored to your body, goals and level. Whether you want to refine technique, recover from injury, are pregnant or progress more efficiently, these one-on-one sessions are completely customised. Private group sessions, including duo sessions or team-building classes, are also available upon request.
