FAQ
How do I book a class?
All classes can be booked easily via our online booking system Trainin.
You can also donwload our app on your mobile phone or tablet: for iOS/APPLE or for GOOGLE/ANDROID (click on the link to download).
Once booked, your spot is reserved and subject to our cancellation policy.
What do I need for class?
Please wear comfortable sportswear that is not too loose, so you can move freely during the exercises.
Grip socks are mandatory for the class. If you don’t have a pair yet, you can purchase them at our club for €15 (you can pay through the Training app).
You’re also welcome to bring a refreshing drink to stay hydrated during the session. Drinks are also available for purchase at our club.
What is the cancellation policy for group classes?
Group classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.

How do I cancel a class?
All cancellations must be made via the Trainin booking system.
Cancellations via email, social media or in person are not valid.
What is the cancellation policy for private sessions or team buildings?
Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
The private groups, duo sessions and team buildings must be cancelled at least 5 days in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable, as teachers reserve dedicated time for these sessions.
Can I participate if I am pregnant or have an injury?
Yes, but you must inform us in advance.

Is parking available?
Yes. CLUB REFORM is easily accessible.

In which language are the classes taught?
Classes are taught in either Dutch or English.
If a class is taught in English only, this will always be clearly indicated in the schedule. Unless stated otherwise, classes are taught in Dutch.
What happens if CLUB REFORM cancels a class?
If we cancel a class (for example due to insufficient participants or force majeure):

your credit will be reinstated, or
-
an alternative class will be offered.
If no reasonable alternative is possible, a refund may be granted.
How long are credits valid?
You can always see how long your credits are valid during the purchase process in the app.
Unused or expired credits cannot be refunded or extended.
Are all the teachers certified?
Yes. All of our teachers are fully certified through recognized training institutions, either in Belgium or internationally. This ensures that every instructor teaching at our studio has completed professional training and meets high standards in reformer and/or Pilates instruction.
At this time, we do not offer in-house teacher training programs. Our focus is on providing high-quality classes with experienced and professionally trained instructors.

Is there a minimum number of participants for group classes?
No. We don't work with a minimum number of participants. The class will continue in any case.
